The KV-5, a Soviet super-heavy tank project

The KV-5 was designed in 1941 as part of Soviet research into heavy tanks from the KV family. The project aimed to create a heavily protected vehicle, armed with a 107 mm ZiS-6 gun mounted in a large turret. Its silhouette stands out with a particularly original architecture, featuring a massive hull and a small secondary turret at the front.
