The Trumpeter 01015 reproduces at the 1/35 scale a heavy military transport set made up of an M915 road tractor, a M872 flatbed semi-trailer and a 40-foot container. This plastic model kit to be assembled depicts an American logistics vehicle intended for hauling cargo and containers by road.

The M915 belongs to a family of heavy military trucks put into service from the late 1970s onward. In its role as a road tractor, it is paired with the M872 semi-trailer for moving freight on paved roads. This set offers a particularly interesting subject for a convoy scene, a port area, a logistics depot, or a modern military diorama.
