Russian BTR-70 APC late version, 1/35 - Trumpeter 01591

The Trumpeter 01591 reproduces a Russian BTR-70 in late version at 1/35. This plastic kit to be assembled depicts an eight-wheeled armored personnel carrier, a major subject among Soviet armored vehicles from the second half of the Cold War.

The BTR-70 is an 8x8 armored personnel carrier developed in the Soviet Union. Its low silhouette, amphibious hull, and eight powered wheels make it a particularly interesting subject for a collection focused on Soviet armored vehicles, Warsaw Pact vehicles, or contemporary military scenes.
