The Grumman F6F-3 Hellcat

Designed by Grumman for the US Navy, the F6F Hellcat was a major carrier-based fighter during the Pacific conflict. The F6F-3 version is the first production variant, entering service in 1943. Robust and powerful, the Hellcat is closely associated with American naval aviation operations carried out from aircraft carriers during the war.

The Trumpeter 1/32 scale model kit
