Kriegsmarine Battleship KM Bismarck, 1/700 - MENG-Model PS-003

The Kriegsmarine Battleship KM Bismarck by MENG-Model, reference PS-003, is a plastic model kit at a scale of 1/700. It recreates the German battleship Bismarck, one of the most well-known ships of the Second World War.

The Bismarck belonged to the Bismarck class of the Kriegsmarine. Put into service in 1940, it took part in Operation Rheinübung in the North Atlantic in May 1941. Its clash with British ships in the Denmark Strait, followed by its loss on 27 May 1941, left a lasting mark on naval history.

Reference PS-003 is designed around a quick snap-fit assembly. Parts are molded in color, allowing you to build the ship without painting. However, gluing and painting remain interesting options for modelers who want to strengthen the assembly or personalize the finish.
