MEDIUM RUST DEPOSIT AK4112 is an AK Interactive weathering product designed to recreate medium-toned rust deposits on static scale models. Its enamel-based formula creates, after drying, a light surface texture suitable for the look of accumulated, crusty rust.

This product is applied directly to the selected areas of the model. It can then be worked with a brush lightly dampened with thinner in order to blend or modulate the effect. Applying it in multiple layers helps progressively build up the raised texture and the intensity of the deposits.

MEDIUM RUST DEPOSIT is especially suitable for weathering vehicles, armored vehicles, diorama equipment, and accessories. It can be combined with other rust shades to vary the tones and enhance the finish.

Usage tips
