The Sd.Kfz.251/8 Krankenpanzerwagen

The Sd.Kfz.251 was a German half-track vehicle designed to accompany mechanized units. The Sd.Kfz.251/8 variant, called Krankenpanzerwagen, was intended for transporting and evacuating the wounded. Its medical layout made it a particularly interesting subject for representing the German military medical services in a World War II diorama.

The Ausf.A version is distinguished by the features specific to the early Sd.Kfz.251s. It lets you depict a specialized vehicle less common than troop transports or command versions from this half-track family.

The ICM 35113 model kit

Assembly and finishing
