Muddy Ground - AMMO by MIG Jimenez A.MIG-2105

Muddy Ground A.MIG-2105 is an acrylic texture from the brand AMMO by MIG Jimenez, designed to recreate muddy ground for static model scenery, bases, vignettes, and dioramas. Supplied in a 250 ml jar, this product helps create a raised terrain surface with a tone suited to evoking mud and wet earth.

This texture paste is used to add volume to the ground around a military vehicle, a car, an aircraft, a figure, or any scenery element. It works equally well for small areas and for building larger surfaces on a diorama base. Its ready-to-use acrylic formula makes it easy to apply irregular, natural-looking textures.

Application can be done with a spatula, a used brush, or any tool that helps spread and shape the material. The surface can then be worked to vary the relief of a path, a rutted track, waterlogged terrain, or the surroundings of a scene. The product can be combined with scenery elements such as earth, stones, or small branches to further enrich the look of the ground.

For diorama finishing, progressively adding pigments, miniature vegetation, or other aging effects allows you to create multiple nuances and strengthen how well the terrain blends with the vehicles and figures. If, after drying, a finer texture is desired, light sanding can be considered.

Muddy Ground can be diluted and cleaned with water. As with any texture product for scale modeling, it is recommended to prepare the surface before applying and to let the created volumes dry completely before continuing with painting or weathering.
