Heroes of Might and Magic III: The Board Game – Naval Battles Expansion (PL) is an expansion for the board game Heroes of Might and Magic III: The Board Game, published by Archon Studio under reference HER0070. This Polish edition expands the battles with naval combat rules, new game elements, and three additional scenarios.

This expansion is not a standalone game: the base game Heroes of Might and Magic III: The Board Game is required to play.

New scenarios and mechanics

Naval Battles introduces a cooperative scenario, a confrontation scenario, and a solo scenario. The rules add naval battles, which can be used when a scenario includes sea tiles. The naval combat board modifies the terrain by removing the two central spaces, changing movement and tactical choices during the battle.

The expansion also includes enhanced ability cards, associated tokens, as well as elements related to creature banks. These allow you to turn certain blocked spaces on the board into locations to visit, defended by neutral armies.
