The Green & Brown Camouflages watercolour pencil set AK Interactive AK10040 brings together five ageing pencils designed for static modelling. This selection of green, sand and sepia shades makes it possible to work on subtle tones, shadows and surface effects on green and brown camouflage patterns.

The pencils in the Weathering Pencils AK Interactive range feature a water-based lead, formulated with less greasy material than a conventional watercolour pencil. They can be used dry for targeted work, then blended or diluted with a damp brush to progressively fine-tune the effects.

The AK10040 set includes the following colours :

• Sepia.

This palette is well-suited to enhancing contrast on camouflage paint, highlighting certain raised details, and creating controlled patina effects. Applying them to a matt surface generally helps the pigment adhere and allows better control.

For assembling and finishing scale models, it is useful to have a fine brush, clean water and a protected working surface. The pencils can complement a paint job applied with a brush or an airbrush, especially during patina and detailing steps.
