TRUE METAL ALUMINIUM AK455 is a metallic wax-based paint designed by AK Interactive for static model making. Its aluminium shade allows you to create metallic finishes on model kits, figures, dioramas and mechanical parts.

Formulated with metallic pigments, it can be applied with a brush, finger or cotton swab. It can also be used with an airbrush after dilution adapted to white spirit. Once dry, the surface can be polished to enhance the metallic look.

Using primer helps achieve a consistent finish. After complete drying, protection with an acrylic varnish is possible. The wax base requires an approximate drying time of 48 hours before finishing operations.
