SUPER CHROME - AK Interactive AK9198

SUPER CHROME AK Interactive AK9198 is an alcohol-based metallic paint designed to achieve a highly glossy chrome finish on scale models, figures, and detailing parts. Its formula includes a resin component intended to improve adhesion, gloss level, and pigment stability.

These very fine paint particles produce a striking mirror effect as well as high covering power. The product is suitable for application on different surfaces, with a particularly even result on a smooth, properly prepared surface.

Model making application

SUPER CHROME can be applied with an airbrush or a brush. To enhance the chrome effect, preparing the part remains an important step: removing mould lines, progressive sanding, and applying a suitable primer help achieve a uniform surface before painting.
