The BMW HP4 RACE by MENG-Model, reference MT-004, is a static model kit to be assembled at 1/9. It reproduces the BMW HP4 RACE sportbike, a motorcycle designed for track use.

The BMW HP4 RACE

Presented by BMW Motorrad in 2017, the HP4 RACE is a competition machine produced in a limited series. It stands out in particular for the use of carbon-fiber components, including its monocoque frame and wheels, as well as for its unmistakable focus on track riding.

A 1/9 scale motorcycle model

The 1/9 scale offers a popular format for depicting the complex lines of a modern sport motorcycle, from its fairing to its engine assembly, including chassis elements and rolling stock. This MENG-Model kit allows you to build a replica of the BMW HP4 RACE for fans of contemporary motorcycle model kits and competition machines.

Assembly and finishing

As with any snap-together model kit, careful preparation of the parts, appropriate gluing, and progressive painting all contribute to the quality of the final result. Applying a primer generally makes painting easier, while decals require application on a smooth, clean surface. A satin or gloss finish can then be chosen depending on the appearance you want for the livery and the mechanical components.
