Dry brushing involves applying a very small amount of paint to the edges, textures, and raised details of a model. This technique helps, in particular, to bring out the volumes of an armored vehicle, an aircraft, a figure, a diorama setting, or any diorama element. The rounded shape of this brush makes it easier to work on textured surfaces as well as fine reliefs.
