The AK Interactive AK9317 Rubbing Stick is a finishing tool for static scale models, designed to precisely apply or remove weathering products.

It includes a metal handle and sponges in 3 mm and 5 mm sizes. Their beveled ends make it easy to work in tight areas, around panel line details, reliefs, and fine features.

This accessory can be used in particular to clean panel washes after they have dried, remove excess paint or pigments, and also help with applying decals. The sponges are reusable, non-fluffy, and can be cleaned with a universal thinner when their tip becomes clogged.
