Weathering Pencils Deluxe Edition Box AK Interactive AK10047 is a set of 37 water-soluble pencils designed for ageing effects in static model making. Presented in a storage box, it lets you have the full range of shades to work on shadows, grime, rain streaks, dust, chips, rust, and metallic effects on models, figures, and scenic elements.

The Weathering Pencils from AK Interactive use a semi-greasy acrylic lead made for finishing work. The color can be applied directly to the surface, then blended with water to soften transitions, create streaks, or reduce the effect. A matte surface is recommended to improve grip and control over the final result.
