Tracks for P-40/ 1S 12, 1/35 - Friulmodel ATL-194

Friulmodel ATL-194 track links are a detailing accessory for military scale models representing the P-40 and 1S12 vehicles in 1/35 scale.

The set includes 260 individual links as well as a metal wire for creating the assembly axles. This design allows you to build the tracks link by link and replicate their articulation around the running gear.

Preparing the parts involves carefully removing any sprue or mold lines from the links if needed, then assembling them with the supplied wire. A dry fit on the drive sprockets, idlers and road wheels of the model allows you to determine the appropriate length before final installation.

After assembly, the tracks can be primed, painted and weathered according to the vehicle being modeled. Effects such as polished metal, dust, mud or wear can be worked up gradually to blend them into the overall look of the model.
