Tracks for LEOPARD 1/GEPARD/AS90, 1/35 - Friulmodel ATL-141

The Friulmodel ATL-141 track link set is a detailing accessory in 1/35 scale for Leopard 1, Gepard and AS90 model kits. It includes 180 metal links to assemble in order to recreate a workable track for a military vehicle at this scale.

The separate links make it possible to build a movable track, whose shape can naturally follow the road wheels, the drive sprocket and the idler wheel of the model. This accessory fits into a dedicated build or detailing project for modern armored vehicles and military vehicles represented in 1/35.

Assembly and finishing

Preparing each link requires careful deburring work before assembly. A dry-fit on the running gear allows you to adjust the length of each run and check alignment before the final installation. Once assembled, the metal tracks can be primed and then painted using products suitable for metal. Weathering can then be used to highlight the raised details, contact and friction areas, and the operational look of the modeled vehicle.
