Tracks for Elefant / Ferdinand, 1/35 - Friulmodel ATL-023

The set Friulmodel ATL-023 offers metal track links with individual link construction, intended for military dioramas at 1/35 of the Elefant, Ferdinand, the Tiger (P), and the VK 45.01 / VK 45.02 prototypes.

The reference includes 240 links and metal wire to make the assembly pins. The links are articulated once assembled, allowing a natural track sag to be reproduced on the running gear of the vehicle at rest.

During assembly, links with guide horns must be alternated with links without guide horns, in accordance with the layout planned for this reference. Careful preparation of the injection points and gradual assembly in small sections make it easier to install the two runs of tracks.

These metal tracks are a detailing accessory suitable for a modeling project to build or restore a 1/35 scale German tank destroyer kit. They can be painted and weathered to blend in wear, dust, or traces of polished metal, depending on the look you want for the vehicle being depicted.
