ATOM METALLIC Aluminium - AMMO by MIG Jimenez ATOM-20165

ATOM METALLIC Aluminium ATOM-20165 is a water-based metallic paint from the ATOM range by AMMO by MIG Jimenez. Its aluminium shade is intended for painting details, structures and metal surfaces on static scale models and dioramas.

The ATOM formulation is designed for use with both a brush and an airbrush. It features self-levelling properties, fast drying and good coverage. Once dry, the painted surface can be treated with other modelling products, including acrylic paints, enamel products or decal solutions.

This paint comes in a 20 ml transparent bottle. For airbrush use, it can be thinned with the Cleaner & Thinner ATOM-20500 or the Cleaner & Thinner Retarder ATOM-20501.

Proper preparation of the parts and careful mixing of the paint before use help achieve a consistent metallic finish. Applying several thin coats allows you to progressively control the intensity of the aluminium tone.
