    ATOM COLOR Matt Black is an acrylic paint for static model kits from the ATOM range by AMMO by MIG Jimenez, reference ATOM-20163. This flat black shade corresponds to FS 37038, RAL 9005, RLM 22 and MS17.

    Supplied in a 20 ml bottle, it is water-based and formulated for application with a brush or an airbrush. The ATOM range is designed to provide an even application, fast drying and good coverage on modelling projects.

    Matt black is a versatile color for many tasks: painting details, tyres, mechanical parts, interiors, shading, or as a base for contrasting finishing. Applying a suitable primer helps to even out the surface before painting.

    For airbrush use, AMMO recommends adding 30% of Cleaner & Thinner ATOM-20500 or Cleaner & Thinner Retarder ATOM-20501.
