For airbrush use, the paint can be thinned with the Cleaner & Thinner ATOM-20500 or the Cleaner & Thinner Retarder ATOM-20501. A 30% dilution is recommended for these products. Carefully shaking the bottle before use helps to homogenize the color.

After drying, the shade can receive the usual finishing techniques used in model making, such as decals, washes, filters, or weathering/patina. Applying a suitable primer is a useful step to prepare the surfaces and help ensure a uniform paint finish.
