ATOM COLOR Olivgrün - AMMO by MIG Jimenez ATOM-20079

ATOM COLOR Olive Green ATOM-20079 is a water-based acrylic paint from the ATOM range by AMMO by MIG Jimenez. Supplied in a 20 ml bottle, this Olive Green shade matches the references FS 34082 and RAL 6003.

This static model-making paint is formulated for use with both a brush and an airbrush. Its formula is designed to provide good coverage, fast drying and a self-leveling finish—useful qualities for painting vehicles, aircraft, figures, scenery and accessories according to the project at hand.

Model application

For airbrush use, AMMO by MIG Jimenez recommends adding 30% Cleaner & Thinner ATOM-20500 or Cleaner & Thinner Retarder ATOM-20501. Carefully prepare the surfaces and mix the paint before use to achieve an even application.

Once dry, ATOM paint can be overcoated with finishing products used in model making, including acrylic paints, enamel effects or decal setting solutions. It therefore provides a suitable base for the weathering steps, such as filters, washes and aging techniques performed after painting.
