Slow River Waters A.MIG-2204 is an acrylic gel from AMMO by MIG Jimenez, designed to depict water in dioramas and vignettes. This 250 ml jar is tinted to recreate the look of slow-moving rivers, rich in organic matter and silt.

Its translucent finish helps create a sense of depth while keeping a coloration that suits calm or only slightly moving waters. Its consistency allows application on both flat and angled surfaces, so you can model riverbanks, channels, small streams, or wetland areas in a scale scene.

Its slow drying time leaves you time to work the gel surface to form subtle ripples or movement effects. To prepare a body of water, it is recommended to first paint the base of the scene, then apply the product once that layer is dry. The gel can be spread with a spatula or similar tool and shaped during drying using old brushes, toothpicks, or sculpting tools.

Applying thin layers helps achieve an even, consistent finish. Slow River Waters can be mixed with other references from the range or with small amounts of acrylic paint to slightly adjust its tint. It can also be thinned with water or with an acrylic thinner to change its consistency.

Odorless, this acrylic gel dries in about 24 hours. Clean tools with water after use.
