The reference Quickboost QB32 178 is a resin detail-upgrade accessory for the model Hasegawa of the Fw 190D-9 in 1/32 scale. It reproduces the compressor air intake and replaces the corresponding part from the plastic kit.
This one-piece part allows you to depict the air inlet without a mating seam on this component. It is a targeted improvement for modelers who want to refine the finish of their large-scale Focke-Wulf Fw 190D-9.
As with any resin accessory, it is recommended to carefully separate the part from its casting sprue, remove any cutting flash, and do a test fit before gluing. Preparing with a suitable primer will then make painting easier.
