C-130J engine nacells (Italeri kit), 1/48 - Brengun BRL48123

Brengun BRL48123 is a resin conversion set in 1/48 scale, designed for Italeri C-130 model kits. It allows you to recreate the characteristic engine nacelles of a C-130J Hercules as part of a detailing or conversion project.

The Lockheed Martin C-130J is a modern evolution of the Hercules family, recognizable in particular by its turboprop engine configuration and its six-blade propellers. The nacelles are therefore a major visual element for accurately depicting this version of the famous military transport aircraft.

Made from resin, this detailing accessory requires the usual precautions associated with this material: carefully remove the parts, eliminate any casting residues, and check the fitment before gluing. Gently washing the parts before painting helps the primer and finishing layers adhere properly.

For assembly, cyanoacrylate glue or glue suitable for resin is required. A dry-fit (test assembly) is recommended to control the alignment of the nacelles with the Italeri kit wings. After priming, the paintwork and weathering can be adapted to the chosen C-130J decoration.
