Halifax B Mk.I/II air intakes, 1/72 - Quickboost QB72 359

The set Quickboost QB72 359 provides air intakes designed to detail a Handley Page Halifax B Mk.I/Mk.II model kit at the 1/72 scale. Made from resin, this accessory is intended for the corresponding Revell kits.

The eight air intakes supplied replace the kit’s original parts. Their opening is recreated in a recessed, hollow style—an eye-catching detail that adds greater depth to the depiction of the British bomber’s engine nacelles.

The Handley Page Halifax was a heavy bomber used by the Royal Air Force during the Second World War. The B Mk.I and B Mk.II versions belong to the early production variants of this four-engine aircraft.

As with any resin part, it is recommended to carefully remove the components from their molding sprues, then clean them before gluing and painting. A cyanoacrylate glue or a glue suitable for resin is suitable for assembling onto the base model.
