This 17 cm pencil features a lead formulated for scale modeling, less greasy than a conventional water-soluble colored pencil. It allows you to apply the color precisely, then work it with water to achieve subtle, localized effects.

Application can be done directly using the pencil tip, then blended or stretched using a slightly moistened brush. A matte surface helps the pigment adhere and makes it easier to control.
