    The AK Interactive side cutter AK9012 is a model-making tool designed for precise part clean-up while removing pieces from their sprues. It can also be used to cut soft wires, especially copper or maillechort (nickel silver), up to 1 mm thick.

    To preserve the details of the parts, it is recommended to leave a slight margin on the sprue, then finish by removing any burrs with a precision hobby knife, a file, or a suitable abrasive.
