The Stugna-P anti-tank missile system was developed by the Ukrainian design bureau Luch. Missile guidance at the stage of flight is provided by the remote control panel by means of a laser beam. Due to a large number of examples of successful use it has become almost the most famous Ukrainian anti-tank system.
