Assembly and finishing

Construction follows the usual steps for an airplane model kit: preparing the parts, gluing sub-assemblies, treating seams, fitting clear parts, painting, then applying decals. The photo-etched parts allow you to add fine details to the model. The included mask is useful when painting the transparent areas.

An appropriate primer for plastic helps you check the assembly quality before painting. For a smooth finish on the fuselage and wings, an airbrush is particularly suitable, but careful brush application is still possible for small areas and touch-ups. Decals are best applied to a smooth, glossy surface, before a final protective layer suited to the desired appearance.
